Cheryl has worked with autistic individuals and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, and mental health challenges since 2005.
Prior to joining May Institute in 2025, she was the Program Director for BAMSI’s Day Habilitation program in Stoughton. Earlier in her career, Cheryl served as Associate Director for South Norfolk ARC’s Senior Connections program in West Roxbury.
As a Director of Day Habilitative Services on our Randolph campus, Cheryl oversees the delivery of services and care for adults with special needs, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment. She continuously evaluates the effectiveness of services provided and is responsible for making improvements as needed. Cheryl takes pride in communicating effectively with participants’ families and guardians, service coordinators at the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS), colleagues, and other providers.
She holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College.
