Behavior Analyst, The Bay School, a May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities


Benjamin Gray joined The Bay School in 2011 as an undergraduate intern while completing his undergraduate coursework and became an Instructor later that year. He was admitted into The Bay School’s Teacher Trainee program in April 2013, and served as Special Education Teacher for Classroom A from 2015 to 2019. 
 
In August 2019, he was promoted to his current position as Behavior Analyst where he is responsible for providing clinical support and supervision to our team of Special Education Teachers, while conducting assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment procedures for individuals served at The Bay School.
 
Mr. Gray graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and from California State University, Monterey Bay, with a Master’s in Education. He completed further coursework in behavior analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and holds a moderate/severe education specialist instruction credential. In addition, he is a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
