Ms. Barall joined The Bay School team in June 2016 and has held various roles within our organization, including Instructor, Teacher Trainee, and Interim Teacher. In October 2020, Ms. Barall became a Special Education Teacher, working with a wide range of elementary, middle, high school, and transition-aged students. Her professional interests include the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior including aggression and self-injury, as well as the sustainable implementation of evidence-based practices in school-based and clinical settings.
Ms. Barall received her Masters degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education from California State University, Monterey Bay. She is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) and holds a moderate/severe education specialist instruction credential. In addition, she is completing coursework in applied behavior analysis at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ms. Barall is a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
