Allie Rader, Ph.D., LABA, BCBA-D

Dr. Allie Rader is a Board Certified and Massachusetts licensed Behavior Analyst. She is currently the Clinical Director of May Institute’s school in Wilmington, Mass., and as a Research Scientist for May’s public school consultation.

Dr. Rader received her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Endicott College and teaches as adjunct faculty at Endicott, Elms College, and Simmons University. She has more than 10 years of clinical experience in the field of ABA with special expertise in severe challenging behavior, behavioral treatment of medically complex individuals with rare diagnoses, as well as school consultation. Dr. Rader has been implementing and training others in crisis management of individuals with severe behavior challenges for over seven years.

Her research interests include data analytics in single subject design and a scientist-practitioner model of service delivery. Her work has been published in the European Journal of Behavior Analysis and the Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior. She also authored a chapter titled “The Evolution of Functional Analysis” in Functional Assessment for Challenging Behaviors and Mental Health Disorders (2021).
