Clinical Director
Southeast Regional Autism Center
Jacksonville, N.C.

Anne Stull began her career at May Institute’s Southeast Regional Autism Center in Columbus, Ga., in February 2008 after completing her graduate work at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. She “discovered” our organization at a conference where several May colleagues were presenting and was so impressed that she immediately sought out a position.

Initially hired as a clinician who would provide in-home applied behavior analysis services, Anne was promoted to Clinical Director after just one year. But her goal was always to open a center in her home state of North Carolina. In July of 2009 she did just that, relocating to Jacksonville and taking a leadership role in the development of a new regional center that enables us to serve military families at Camp LeJeune. She quickly hired two graduate school colleagues, set up an office, began extensive marketing and community outreach, and talked with everyone from the local schools to the top generals at Camp LeJeune. In the brief time it has been open, this center has exceeded our expectations.

Anne continually demonstrates extraordinary dedication, compassion, and caring. She loves working with children, and despite taking on program leadership positions, she continues to be actively involved with all the families.

Anne has been an outstanding representative of May Institute. She has been featured in television interviews, newspaper articles, and professional publications. She readily and selflessly volunteers for opportunities to promote the Institute and its mission.
