Program Coordinator
May Center for Adult Services
Revere, Mass.

[Read press release here.]

Nancy Molligi has worked for May Institute since September, 2006. She runs a residential program in a home in Peabody, Mass., that serves individuals who are both medically and behaviorally challenged.

Over the past six years, Nancy has done an amazing job of enhancing the quality of life of the four men who live in the home. Since her arrival, the men have become more involved in their local community and have enjoyed swimming outings and vacations. This takes some creativity, as it is not always easy to find activities that may interest these behaviorally challenged individuals.

Nancy has also developed and maintained positive relationships with the parents of the residents of the home who have historically been very involved and interested stakeholders. She has done a tremendous job of gaining their trust and ensuring that they feel their children are safe and well cared for. This has always been a challenge in the past. The parents of these residents are very happy with Nancy’s performance and changes she has brought to the home.

Nancy has truly made a difference in the lives of the individuals she serves and deserves special recognition for her on-going efforts.
