The Employee Recognition & Appreciation Committee congratulates Mallory Bauer for being selected for an Employee Spotlight Award in the Autumn/Winter of 2025! The award recognizes the exceptional contributions of May employees. Winners are nominated by their colleagues, managers, and supervisors from across the organization.

Nomination:

In the time since Mallory started working at the May Center for Early Intervention in late 2024, Mallory has committed to increasing family education and access to community resources to support the children and families served by May in Western MA. Mallory has worked in collaboration with community partners to identify free local resources available to eligible families including economic, educational, mental health, childcare, basic need, and service-related resources. Mallory compiled all resources she discovered in her extensive search into a resource guide that she made available to all Early Intervention staff to share with the families our team works with. In addition to her dedication to ensuring equitable access to resources for children and families in Western MA, Mallory has displayed clinical excellence in the services she provides to family by using evidence-based practices to make service recommendations and support families in making informed service decisions. Mallory has gone above and beyond in her short time at May and we are so excited to continue supporting her passion in community outreach and family engagement as she continues to grow in her role!
