Lache exemplifies the values and excellence we strive for at May Institute and is extremely deserving of an Exceptional Service Award. 

Lache worked tirelessly to ensure the success of our recent Quest audit, demonstrating dedication and attention to detail throughout the process. Immediately following that, she was instrumental in opening a new adult services location. The site required onboarding and training an entirely new team, many of whom were new to the field. Lache not only supported these staff members but also helped them adjust to working with the individuals and manage referrals to the program. Her level of commitment and flexibility during that time spoke volumes about Lache’s character and was key in getting the location up and running smoothly.

Her contributions have made a significant impact across multiple programs, and she is highly deserving of this recognition. She consistently goes above and beyond, often anticipating needs before they arise and offering solutions that benefit both staff and the individuals we serve. Her calm demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to take initiative have earned her the respect of her peers and supervisors alike. Lache’s work not only strengthens our programs but also fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence that uplifts everyone around her.
