Jonah is an experienced Transitional Specialist who has shown great care in the handling of his case management duties. He is exceptionally hard-working and has willingly taken on extra responsibilities not required of his role such as covering the daily work schedules as needed. Jonah frequently offers to assist other employees with their work.

He knows the students well and is very familiar with their behavior support plans and emergency medical protocols. Goals for the students’ programming have been well-thought-out and all associated paperwork, such as quarterly progress reports, has been submitted on time. He provides the highest level of care. 

Jonah became a Safety Care trainer during the pandemic, completing most of the training on weekends. He always assists with physical management when incidents occur in the school.

In addition, Jonah’s communication with parents has been professional. He has been very receptive to parent input in planning student vocational activities.

Jonah represents May Institute’s ethical standards and values well, showing a great deal of care for the students while treating them with highest degree of dignity and respect.

He is a truly successful educator and a highly valued staff member of the Brockton team.
