Since joining May Institute in September 2021, Jessie has been the steady, inspiring force behind the transformation of our onboarding experience. Her contributions are not only rooted in skill and dedication but also in a profound personal connection to our mission.
Over the last year and a half, Jessie has been essential in elevating and reshaping the onboarding department. She intentionally designed communications to be more engaging and interactive, created systematic approaches to guide new hires through the onboarding cycle, and ensured that every step of the process reflected both consistency and heart. She has been the glue that held the department together during a time of significant transition—training and retraining team members, building trust with business partners, and reinforcing the standards that now define the new hire experience. When Jessie is involved, the work is not only done—it is done exceptionally.
Jessie stands out for many reasons, but one attribute shines above all: her relentless commitment to never let the team down. She is the person everyone turns to—not only for answers, but as a trusted thought partner who brainstorms solutions and inspires confidence.
She has built processes, protocols, and standards that became the blueprint for the department’s success. We would not be where we are today without her vision and dedication. Jessie is not just deserving of the Exceptional Service Award—she embodies it.
