I nominated Eugene for his outstanding dedication to the individuals he supports and the staff he leads. Eugene consistently demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and genuine compassion in every aspect of his work. He is a strong advocate for the individuals in his care, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. When he feels that something is needed to enhance their quality of life, he takes the initiative and follows through with determination. Eugene attends all appointments and communicates effectively with supervisors, ensuring collaboration and transparency across the team.

His strong organizational skills and attention to detail allow him to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a calm and supportive presence. Eugene leads by example, creating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment where both individuals and staff can thrive. He takes time to ensure his team feels confident in their roles, providing guidance, reassurance, and encouragement whenever needed. His patience, advocacy, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on both the individuals he supports and his colleagues. Eugene truly embodies the values of leadership, empathy, and professionalism, making him an exceptional role model within our organization.
