Residential Behavior Assistant
May School | Randolph, Mass.
The Employee Recognition & Appreciation Committee congratulates Daniel Green for being selected for an Employee Spotlight Award in the Autumn/Winter of 2025! The award recognizes the exceptional contributions of May employees. Winners are nominated by their colleagues, managers, and supervisors from across the organization.
Nomination:
Daniel is so incredibly dedicated to his residence, his staff, and his students. He is often tasked with taking on students who are in crisis, and his calm, level headed and kind manner always makes transitions to Jean Circle smooth and safe for everyone involved. Dan has assisted with fading of student and staff protective equipment across settings (school, residential, and community). He oversees implementation of support plans, crisis responses, and residential programming. He is extremely collaborative and a true team player. As a teacher I feel so incredibly grateful knowing that he is a resource, and so secure in sending my students home knowing they will have a safe and meaningful evening under his care. Any team that has Dan on it is destined to be a successful team. Daniel, core B is so grateful to have you. You are truly the best! —Kate Davies
Here’s what Daniel said winning the Employee Spotlight Award means to them:
"Thank you, ERA for this spotlight award. My favorite thing about working here is seeing the students make progress in both the residence and school. I also like working with the team and being a team player and helping in any way I can. Thank you again for this honor."
