The Employee Recognition & Appreciation committee congratulates Chloe Watson for being selected for an Employee Spotlight Award in the Spring of 2021! The award recognizes the exceptional contributions of May employees. Winners are nominated by their colleagues, managers, and supervisors from across the organization. 

Nomination:
Chloe brings light to every room she enters; She brings excitement and energy to every task. She goes out of her way to make staff feel appreciated and part of the team (or family really). She's always direct with her expectations and pushes everyone to be their best she inspires all of us especially during this pandemic to be positive and intentional. She plans all those amazing activities for the individuals every holiday so we all always have something fun to look forward to she unites us including both the home-based clients and the day program clients. It's beautiful.

“I feel honored to receive this award. I love working at May and I am very blessed to be able to help the individuals have the best quality of life. It’s so awesome to see these guys grow each day and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! Thank you!”
