Brian Curtis is extremely deserving of an Exceptional Service Award. He consistently goes above and beyond in his work, demonstrating exceptional skill, dedication, and compassion in everything he does. His sense of humor and caring nature make him a pleasure to work with, and his calm approach to solving complex IT challenges has earned him the respect and appreciation of colleagues across the organization.

Over the years, Brian has remained a steady and dependable presence. He is one of those true “unsung heroes” who sets a high standard for others through his professionalism, resilience, and positive attitude. No matter the situation, Brian delivers results — quickly, competently, and with an unwavering commitment to helping others. As he once said, his job is “responding to unexpected issues quickly to keep everyone going,” and he does exactly that, every single day.

Recently, Brian stepped into a leadership role as IT Service Desk Manager, where he has been instrumental in strengthening collaboration between programs, staff, and the field technical team. In this expanded role, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Brian’s compassion was especially evident when he helped honor the memory of his colleague and friend, Tom Cusack. Brian’s dedication, humility, and genuine care for the people around him make him deeply deserving of this recognition.
