Ali first joined May Institute as a relief Direct Support Professional (DSP) in 2012. She was re-hired as a DSP in 2013, and promoted to a full-time counselor in 2014. She accepted a position as a Behavior Specialist at the May Center School in Randolph in 2015, and was promoted to Assistant Clinical Director in Core B in 2018.

Anyone who has served students in Core B knows that we have the most amazing students! You also know it can be one of the most challenging and demanding Cores to work in. Ali stands out among the Wolf Pack (the name given to Core B staff). Every day, she demonstrates her love and passion for the students she serves and the school by providing quality clinical care, as well as support and training to our staff.

Ali is also an outstanding yet humble leader and is recognized as such by her supervisors and co-workers. She helped lead one of the largest restructuring of the school in recent years with the kind of positive attitude that is so crucial to success. Ali is always the first person to say “yes, I can do that,” and then go the extra mile for the sake of promoting quality services to our students.

In her newest role as Assistant Clinical Director, Ali has taken on additional responsibilities including managing our new assessment and treatment evaluation schedule, and leading and chairing the Code Team in building 41. Finally, Ali has risen as a leader in the field of ABA by representing May Institute at national, state, and local conferences, presenting the awesome work she has done with her students, and mentoring junior clinicians in their professional ambitions. If anyone deserves to be recognized for exceptional services for students and for May Institute, it is Ali.
