Fred works in one of the most challenging classrooms in our location and is still consistently positive and upbeat. He always has a smile on his face and a positive demeanor. Fred is a team player and he frequently volunteers for transportation when other staff members are unable to do so.
Fred’s monthly paperwork is always on time, even though he is frequently out of the building doing morning and afternoon transport. He is friendly and respectful with all staff and individuals. In addition, he has formed close bonds with individuals he works with and he is well liked by all of his peers.
Fred is a member of May Institute’s diversity council, and is committed to representing and promoting diversity in our community.
He has been a huge advocate for our client population throughout his many years of dedication and hard work in the field of developmental disabilities.
