May Institute is an award-winning national behavioral healthcare organization. With corporate headquarters in Randolph, Massachusetts, May has more than 200 locations throughout the country. Sites in New England include metropolitan Boston, seaside villages in Cape Cod, and the picturesque ski slopes of Maine, as well as sites in Connecticut and western Massachusetts. Through our Southeast region, we provide services throughout Georgia and Florida, and our newest regional offices include the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and West Coast. And we're still growing!
Great Jobs
May offers competitive salaries, outstanding benefits, and career
development potential, but most importantly, we provide our employees
with the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children
and adults with special needs.
In addition to a generous benefits package, May Institute offers an
array of exceptional benefits that includes flexible scheduling; fully
paid in-house training, certifications, and degree programs; an
internal mentoring program; an employee referral program; internal
transfers and promotions; and generous time off. While you are earning
a living working at the Institute, you may also be working towards
earning a master's degree in special education, applied behavior analysis
(ABA), or
psychology at a May-affiliated school as part of our Graduate Scholars
Program. If you prefer, you may venture out on your own for higher
education, taking advantage of our tuition reimbursement program.
Expertise
May Institute has set a national standard for providing comprehensive,
research-based services that reflect the talent and expertise of
our many doctoral-level staff (clinical
leadership) and hundreds of highly trained teachers, therapists,
and other specialists.
We are always looking for qualified employees at all levels. At this
time, the Institute has a special interest in hiring applied behavior
analysts. These positions require a master's degree in psychology
or special education, with a strong behavioral component (candidates
with doctoral degrees and BCBA certification are preferred).
