Supported Employment and Training
Valued community work is critical to overall quality of life for an adult with developmental disabilities. May Institute’s employment training and supported employment programs provide comprehensive services, ranging from center-based work skills training to community-based job coaching and support. Individuals receive a level of support based on their unique abilities, with the ultimate goal of gaining the skills required for competitive employment.

HIRE Enterprises
HIRE Enterprises, located in Walpole, Mass., is an accredited vocational rehabilitation program of May Institute. In partnership with local businesses, HIRE provides vocational assistance to individuals with disabilities, offering educational assessment, placement, support, and job coaching.
