Valued community work is critical to overall quality of life for
an adult with developmental disabilities. May Institute's employment
training and supported employment programs provide comprehensive
services, ranging from center-based work skills training to community-based
job coaching and support. Individuals receive a level of support
based on their unique abilities, with the ultimate goal of gaining
the skills required for competitive employment.
