William A. Flood, M.A., BCBA
Vice President of Behavioral Services, Florida

Mr. Flood received his bachelor's degree from Clark University in Massachusetts and his master's degree from University of the Pacific in California. He has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior problems in Massachusetts, California, Connecticut, and Florida utilizing the research-validated procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Mr. Flood has done research and published on such topics as autism, functional analysis, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), pervasive developmental disorder (PDD), and separation anxiety. He has also conducted numerous trainings and presented at local and national conferences on autism, behavior disorders, ABA, and developmental disabilities. Mr. Flood provides clinical leadership for Florida's community-based residential training program for school-aged children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. The program also provides in-home therapy for persons with a wide range of developmental disabilities as well as a variety of school consultation services.
