Susan F. Thibadeau, Ph.D., BCBA
Program Director, The May Center for Child Development
Susan Thibadeau, Ph.D., BCBA, is the Program Director of the May Center
for Child Development in Chatham, Massachusetts. In this role, she
oversees the Center's special education programs for children and
adolescents who have been diagnosed with autism, pervasive developmental
disorder, and other developmental disabilities. Dr. Thibadeau is a
licensed psychologist, board certified behavior analyst, and certified
teacher of children with intensive special needs. Her expertise is in the
areas of autism, behavior disorders, school consultation, and staff
training.
Dr. Thibadeau received her Ph.D. in developmental and child psychology
from the University of Kansas. She is an adjunct faculty member in the
department of special education at Fitchburg State College and the
department of human development at the University of Kansas. Dr.
Thibadeau is a graduate lecturer and practicum supervisor in the fields of
special education and applied behavior analysis.
