Raynham, Mass.

[Read press release here.]

Denise hit the ground running her first day on the job. Not only does she work full-time for the Raynham Day Hab, but she also works at many residential programs. She travels to Cape Cod to help fill vacant shifts in those residential programs that need assistance. She gives it her all, wherever she is!

Denise is our “unofficial activities coordinator.” For the past eight years, she has coordinated our talent show. She does all the behind-the-scenes work, encourages clients to participate, and has fun doing it!

She also coordinates our Spring Fling and Fall Ball, obtaining donations of dresses and menswear so the clients can dress up for these occasions.

In addition, Denise assists with the coordination of our Thanksgiving dinner, going out into the community and getting donations and food to help serve the clients and families.

We have 104 clients in Raynham, and Denise has a relationship with every one of them. She comes up with new and inventive ideas, and ensures that every person who wants to participate does.

Denise is also a great advocate for our clients’ safety and wellbeing. If a client appears ill or injured, she makes sure that their needs are addressed quickly and they get the assistance they need.
